DMI – High Kneel to Low Kneel by Thighs or Low Pelvis

Initial Position: Child is in prone, perpendicular to your chest head away from you and feet towards you, feet off the edge of the table.

Movement: Bring the child back down into low kneeling and then back up into high kneeling.

Outcomes: trunk control, upper and lower body disassociation, STNR integration
